Glenloch View wins Excellence Award
Best Medium Development in Scotland
Fort William based developers Holme Park were presented with their award on Monday on flagship site at Glenloch View on Achintore Road. Stewart McArthur, regional development director for Premier, along with regional surveyor Neill Gourlay, presented the award to the Holme Park team as Chairman Ken Slater burst open the celebratory champagne.
The Premier Guarantee Excellence Awards recognise the very best of the UK housing market and inspire others in building outstanding developments.
Stewart explained that the competition had been particularly stiff this year. “We received our highest number of entries and the standard his been nothing short of exceptional. Despite the difficult period the construction industry is going through, it is very encouraging to see so many house builders maintaining the high standards needed for the UK market.”
