Holme Park - who are we?

For over 35 years, Ken Slater has been providing quality properties across the North West of England. He began his career in construction in 1964 and worked his way up to create his own property development company.  The Holme Park approach retains a personal touch, with a family feel from the close and committed team.

Until the turn of the 21st Century, Ken was content building popular, large detached properties which commanded ever-increasing values. As property prices began to rise dramatically, Ken began to question how his children would ever be able to afford to break onto the property ladder.

It was this realisation that led to the creation of Holme Park and the design of a new style of properties, in tune with the lifestyles of people today, affordable for first time buyers and accessible for all. Check out the gallery photos.

Holme Park have become renowned for their DuoStyle homes set in beautifully tended, peaceful gardens. The unique design, subtly different to popular perceptions of apartments, allow every home to be completely private with its own front door, yet the developments offer a feeling of security and community, almost like their own little village. You can be as private or as neighbourly as you wish, whenever it suits you.

A frequent visitor and ultimately a resident in the Highlands, Ken has patiently fine-tuned the Holme Park model to fit perfectly with the lifestyle of the Highlands, culminating in the launch of Holme Park Scotland in 2008, bringing a style and quality that has received a warm welcome.  He hopes to build from the success of Glenloch View and over the coming years provide many more people across the Highlands the opportunity to enjoy life the Holme Park way.
